• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or "knock off" any design or branding found on this site without express written consent from the owner.

3. FINAL SALE & RETURN POLICY

Because we specialize in original, custom-branded lines and small-batch production, all sales are final.

• No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. Please refer to our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

• Defective Items: In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Email Address] with photo documentation to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & PRICING

• Visual Accuracy: We strive to display our structured leathers and teal/charcoal/gold/ivory palette as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital displays, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen perfectly matches the physical garment.

• Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors or technical glitches on the website.

5. SHIPPING & SALES TAX

• Taxation: Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the State of Michigan (6%) and other US jurisdictions as required by law.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Adjust Ur Style Designs shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Adjust Ur Style Designs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or purchase of products shall be resolved in the courts of Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
