We have a No-Return, No Refund, Final Sale & Defect Return policy.
Thank you for shopping with us! To keep our collections fresh and exciting, we curate a frequently changing inventory with limited-run pieces. Because our stock rotates so rapidly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the fast-paced nature of our inventory turnover, all items are sold as "Final Sale." Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This allows us to continue bringing you unique, high-demand styles without the delays of a traditional back-stock system.
2. Sizing & Fit Guidance
We want you to love your purchase! To ensure the best fit, please keep the following in mind:
* Check the Specs: Carefully review the sizing charts provided for each item before checking out.
* When in Doubt, Size Up: Many of our curated pieces are designed with a contemporary fit and may run small. We strongly recommend ordering one size larger than your usual size if you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit.

3. Quality Assurance
While all sales are final, your satisfaction matters. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution.

If your item is Defective:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must also submit proof of the defect by sending a picture of the defect with your return request before a return will be authorized, if accepted.
Store Credit Is Given To Qualified Defective And Accepted Returns- There are NO REFUNDS.
Once we have received your return a store credit will be issued. You can use that store credit to repurchase that same item or other items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders
Once an order is placed we will not cancel or refund the order under ANY circumstances at the customers request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective Item Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, purchase will be automatically refunded as store credit within 10 business days.
